@_MeJAdams Hi Joseph, I am sorry that you are having issues logging in, this issue would indicate that your device may be requiring a restart, update, or clearing cache to resolve. You can also uninstall and reinstall the app which will clear the cache and update the apps latest version

@SamsungUK worst support ever for your home appliances. Forced to use an online portal, which eventually gets you to a person who disconnects. On second attempt get fobbed off with an escalation who will call back in 24-48 hours. When that call comes, get told wait another 24-48!

Buy a @LandRover_UK they said. What they didn’t say was yearly issues. Parts supply issues and the warranty which leaves you abandoned. Shocking service and you pay for it!!!

Poor show from @HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper I need support with an issue, and there is no way to contact. The chatbot is useless and I hold no hopes for a reply to the whats app. Whatever happened to a phone number?

@HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper Really disappointed at the poor quality of support by these guys. Having issues, the chat doesn't provide any use (it's some basic chatbot) and the only option is to "use whats app" - which "may take hours" - and the @hivehelper account can't be messaged!

Quick follow up. @enterprisecares messages me to say a manager would be in touch. He was, he arranged a call and was late then never replied again. @enterprisecares said they'd escalate. No surprise, nothing came of it. Seems poor service is as standard.

After a recent breakdown, @Enterprise were truly terrible to deal with. Left me without any transport (even though they were meant to) - honestly say next time I'd need to rent anything, I will avoid them.

3rd fault with car this week. Needs to be recovered to a dealership to be fixed. Let down by @LandRover_UK and their hire cars though. :(
