Had to kick someone of out of the gym. Happens a few times a year. This one was tough. I knew the guy, he’s 35, lonely, and looking for a place to connect with ppl. The gym I Is a great place for this! The problem… his emotional intelligence was a 0. He would yell Hello across the building. He wouldn’t leave you alone when you had headphones on. Asking staff on dates. Couldn’t really tell him anything bc he would always have a reason or excuse. These behaviors are fine, if you are my 6 yr old! But how does this type of person fit into society… I don’t know! As business owner I have a responsibility to protect the herd, maybe it’s my god complex. I had to protect the members before “creepy” turned bad.

To be fair, China and Possibly Russia are trying out their latest weaponry through the Iran cover. The US probably didn’t even know they had this tech and are finding out in the battle field for the first time. The US is at war with Russia via Ukraine, and now at war with China via Iran.

@SimonDixonTwitt I do like to listen to your theory of the MIC and FIC. I’m just a spectator so don’t have any theories of my own.

🇨🇳 🇺🇸 Trump: We need $2 billion a day to reopen the Strait of Hormuz China's FM Senator: But the Strait of Hormuz was already open before the war? The root cause of this disruption is your illegal military operations against Iran. You have created a Global Crisis OUT OF NOTHING

Comp update: Kirk Cousins will sign a five-year, $172 million deal with the Raiders that in reality is a one-year, fully-guaranteed $20 million deal that also contains a club option for two years at $80M. The Falcons will pay Cousins $8.7 million this season, the Raiders another $1.3 million and Las Vegas also agreed to pay its new QB a fully-guaranteed $10 million roster bonus on the third day of the 2027 new league year. And maybe most notably, it also sets another new mark: this will be the 11th straight NFL season in which Cousins’ contract will be fully guaranteed.

Summarizing Trump’s speech tonight: We destroyed everything they have. They have nothing left. Therefore, we need to hit them very hard for the next 2-3 weeks. Because they don’t have anything left.

Here is why I would never go 100% into Bitcoin: First, I love Bitcoin. I own a lot of it. Second, if you are 100% Bitcoin I respect your conviction. This post is about me. Do I think Bitcoin will be successful? Yes. Does anyone know for sure? Absolutely not. Can the S&P 500 succeed without Bitcoin? Yes. Can Bitcoin succeed without the S&P 500? No because the world would be over. If Bitcoin succeeds I will be extremely well off because I own it and continue to buy it. If Bitcoin fails I will still be extremely well off because I invest in the S&P 500 continuously. It doesn’t need to be all or nothing. The risk reward isn’t there for me. Nobody truly knows anything 100% That is just my personal view.

On the market today: There's no rally like a bear market rally. This will correct viciously when everyone realizes it was another headfake. Only fear makes people run to the "safety" of rumors. Capitulation shouldn't be too far off. Then again, irrational markets and all that..

A 30-year fixed mortgage is basically a long-dated call option on inflation. You borrow dollars today, lock the rate, and repay in nominal terms. If inflation explodes, your debt evaporates in real terms while your house price soars. You’re long the house, short the dollar.
