Thank you @PhillySurgeon 1 yr outcomes of this triple blind RCT adds to the evidence that RYGB is superior to Sleeve gastrectomy in T2DM. BPD & OADB are even more effective but at the cost of more nutritional deficiencies. It appears that the best risk/benefit ratio is RYGB
