Their assistance lounge closes at 9pm, meaning there is often one member of staff dealing with all enquires x.com/i/status/19984… So great for such a busy station 🙃

Hyperia needs on board audio. The main soundtrack is synced up so well to match the different elements of the ride with the beats yet this niche feature is not exploited with in board audio. So much wasted potential @THORPEPARK

Hey @UberUKI_Support and @EMA_Airport which one is responsible for blocking ability to order rides to/from offices on the airport grounds? My office is at literally the opposite end of the runway to the terminal, yet it now forces me to select terminal drop off for my trip?

@altontowers @ProjectRiley24 And any idea when that might be? Because the email was pretty clear in stating a response by deadline and there's been no "we are delayed" email sent out, I am trying to resolve this without having to escalate but the lack of an on the record response isn't helping.

Hey @altontowers not a particularly pleasant experience when ride hosts look and read my screen when I hit speak on my AAC device, then actively look away and don't even acknowledge I said anything, host on entrance to smiler did just that.

@blakhak If you purchase a young person ticket and they bought 3 more singles that day it would be capped under the young person zig zag price which is £6.20 per day but wouldn't cap the week or month under our saver prices hope that makes sense ~Neil

@ImAnAutie @altontowers Absolutely disgusting behaviour. It's been declining over the years. Some staff seem to target disabled visitors like were an annoyance. It's like they don't want us to visit and they lose money through fast track. People have abused the RAP that it's no longer sustainable.

@ImAnAutie @benn_elisbenn @MikScarlet The problem with Derby is that most of our taxis are licenced in Wolverhampton to circumvent some of those rules. It all needs to be tightened up & just made a standard part of the business, wherever you run it.

After seeing the story of the wheelchair user kicked out of a nightclub because they were a "fire hazard", a term I heard far too often in my youth, it struck me that this situation perfectly answers the "we don't have access because we don't have many disabled customers" crap.

@benn_elisbenn @MikScarlet I do have some sympathy for taxi companies on this one because, ideally, they should have multiple adaptations in every vehicle, but those have to be paid for out of pocket. There needs to be better rules, support, & incentives to make accessibility the base standard.

@arrivamidlandsE it's derby city, not quite correct there, the encts national rules actually state no time restriction on weekends AND bank holidays, which I'd expect a driver to be aware off, and the social team to be quoting the correct time restriction rules.

@ImAnAutie Hi, sorry for the delayed response. Could you please confirm which council issued your bus pass? Each council has different validity times. For Derbyshire County Council, ENCTS passes are valid from 9:30am to 11pm on weekdays and all day at weekends. -Ellie
