I continue to be disgusted & disappointed that staff, visitors & patients continue to smoke directly outside our hospital entrances under NO SMOKING SIGNS I challenge but not everyone has the confidence We must do better @LancsHospitals for patients What do other hospitals do?

@rowan_wallace @NES_Bereavement Yes, as far as I’m led to believe Dr has to go through death certificate with family. Belongings are kept in clinical area if they haven’t been taken by family at time of relatives death.
