America is great! Cheerful not fearful! Conservative, individualist. Snarky but not mean. I'll give everyone a chance.

From 1992 to 1996, I was the Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) Exercise Sergeant Major. This May 1995 photo was taken in Jordan. One night in the tent, I had an unusual bed partner. I was sleeping on the ground in my sleeping bag. In the morning one of the guys noticed that a horned viper was snuggled up for warmth – just next to my head. I lay there until the snake was dealt with. The desert, like every environment I had operated in, demanded respect and constant awareness.

I've ordered ready-made meatloaf from the prepared food section of the supermarket. Mum has a bit of a toothache and can't masticate well. If you would be so kind, please pray Mum's tooth gets better.

“Name one thing the Republican Party has done for Black Americans?” Say less, I was built for this question. • 1863: Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, declaring enslaved people in Confederate-held territory free. • 1865: Republican-led Congress passed the 13th Amendment, abolishing slavery in the United States. • 1866: Republican Congress passed the Civil Rights Act, establishing citizenship and equal civil rights. • 1867: Republican Congress passed the Reconstruction Acts, requiring former Confederate states to protect Black male suffrage before rejoining the Union. • 1868: The 14th Amendment was ratified, granting birthright citizenship and equal protection under the law. • 1870: The 15th Amendment was ratified, prohibiting racial discrimination in voting. • 1870-1871: Enforcement Acts passed to protect Black voting rights from violence. • 1875: Civil Rights Act passed banning discrimination in public accommodations. • 1922: House passed Dyer Anti-Lynching Bill to make lynching a federal crime. • 1957: President Eisenhower signed Civil Rights Act creating Civil Rights Commission. • 1957: President Eisenhower deployed troops to enforce school desegregation in Little Rock. • 1960: President Eisenhower signed Civil Rights Act expanding Black voting protections. • 1969: Nixon administration implemented Philadelphia Plan with minority hiring goals. • 1969: Nixon administration launched programs supporting Black business and entrepreneurship. • 1970s-2000s: Republican administrations expanded minority contracting preferences. • 1983: President Reagan signed law establishing Martin Luther King Jr. Day federal holiday. • 1991: President George H.W. Bush signed Civil Rights Act expanding discrimination remedies. • 1996: Republican Congress passed welfare reform with work requirements and time limits. • 1990s-present: Republican leaders advanced school choice and charter school programs. • 2001: President George W. Bush signed No Child Left Behind to close achievement gaps. • 2017: President Trump signed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act creating Opportunity Zones. • 2018: President Trump signed First Step Act for criminal justice and sentencing reform. • 2023: Supreme Court struck down race-conscious college admissions, ruling against affirmative action policies at Harvard and UNC. • 2025: President Trump signed an executive order ending DEI programs, mandates, preferences, and offices across the federal government. • 2025–2026: Reestablished and expanded the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) focused on excellence, innovation, research competitiveness, and additional grant funding/support. • 2025–2026: Continued and promoted Opportunity Zones investments aimed at economically distressed communities. • 2025–2026: Further implementation and follow-on efforts on criminal justice reform (building on First Step Act).

Sober Birthday Today! 🎉 Twenty-one years ago today, I ended my relationship with alcohol It was poisoning me. It was deceiving me. It was controlling me I was addicted to a dangerous companion that held a power over my life I didn’t fully recognize. Alcohol is often referred to as “spirits,” and for many, it can lead into places of darkness, despair, and self-destruction One morning, while sober and deeply dissatisfied with the reflection staring back at me, I looked into the mirror and made a life-changing decision. Instead of turning to alcohol, I turned to Spirit I meditatively prayed: “I am listening. Guide me. I am ready to change. I am ready for healing, purpose, and happiness” With unwavering determination, faith, and guidance through God’s Word, I chose a different path I confided in only a handful of trusted people as I began my journey. Some friends and even family members stopped inviting me out because I was no longer their “drinking party girl.” There were moments of temptation. There were tests and challenges. But I refused to return to the darkness, recklessness, and emptiness I had left behind I took it one day at a time, moment to moment Just four months later, I had lost 19 pounds, was exercising four days a week, and had started a small business. I looked and felt damn good ya’ll! More importantly, I had reclaimed my life And I have remained sober ever since I did it! ❤️ If sharing my story helps even one person who is struggling with addiction, then it is worth telling Today, I pray for everyone fighting the battle of addiction—the demonic winnable war within May God speak to your heart, and may you have the courage to listen There is hope. There is healing. There is freedom One. Day. At. A. Time. 🙏🏾🪷

About 6 weeks or so ago, a friend of mine was awoken by her toddler saying, "mummy! Small cats are coming out of our cat!" She didn't know the cat was pregnant. Anyway... after much massive watery big blue eyes manipulation from my little girl, we welcome James. James the cat. He's beautiful. youtu.be/HpPxBrMy7lo?is…

“There is a sickness in black subculture in contemporary America, and the sickness is this: Too many young black males are immersed in a socio-racial ideology that glorifies violence, preaches that only the meanest dog on the block wins, and dictates that any perceived threat from anyone who “steps up to me” must be countered with a wildly disproportionate, overwhelming response.” I concur. What are we going to do about it? #KarmeloAnthony #blackcrime

@elsathora @ball_knower69_ Don't listen to those negative comments. Those people are snobs. The reason they don't like Golden Corral is because they don't want to be seen there. It's has nothing to do with the food which is perfectly fine, working class American fare. If you like it, then it's good 👍🏻

@The_Crack_Emcee @Rothmus Lol! Quoting Wolfe about anything is kind of like taking relationship advice from Friar Laurence. It's wrong and bound to be disastrous if used. 😂 😂

"Democrats are not just scoring points. They genuinely feel disgust at what they see." "The thing that we can that we can safely predict, whatever [Trump] does will be about him. Whatever he does will be about how he wants people to think about him. Whatever he does will be about wanting people to think about him in any way possible, as long as they are thinking about him." - Michael Wolfe, Donald Trump's biographer

I believe them. Democrats are not just scoring points. They genuinely feel disgust at what they see. Trump shares the taste of a working class American so all these middle class overeducated Democrats look down on him and “hillbillies” for the exact same reason. Their status depends on believing refined taste equals superiority. Anything bold, loud, or fun without their approval gets labeled crass and uneducated. But much of it is distinctly American, and that’s exactly why they hate it and consequently America because of it.
