AND HONESTLY @progressive I WOULD LOVE A REFUND OF THE $95 FUCKING DOLLARS YALL CHARGED ME BECAUSE THE FIRST DRIVER DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP, THEY CHARGED MY CARD BEFORE THE SERVICE WAS EVEN COMPLETED. REALLY RIDICULOUS WORK. IM PAYING ALL THIS DAMN MONEY MONTHLY FOR THE INSURANCE.

@progressive do not use them. I’ve had horrible customer service in dealing with a car accident where it was NOT my fault. No response from adjuster and no follow through. I’m out of pocket almost $2500 and they don’t care! Horrible! Never had this issue with @GEICO

@progressive just increased my insurance because my kids live on campus in Memphis. If they lived here & commuted 120 miles round trip per day, it would cost less than them living on campus; parking is in secured lots & driving FAR less w/ good student discounts. #makeitmakesense

@progressive 2+ years of being a loyal customer, never missed a payment never submitted a claim. Just plain run of the mill, meat and potatoes kinda guy. Called customer service 2 days in a row, coldest responses ever. Whoa !!! Thank you
