Uhm @progressive my SnapShot discount for this current policy period is $41. For my upcoming period, the discount goes up to $71. My Loyalty discount is also going up. Cool. No messages about my rate going up. So…uh…why are my payments going to be higher? 🤔😂

I signed up for coverage with @progressive for auto insurance one month ago. I signed up because the rate was $55/mo. Since that day I've been charged $160 in 3 separate charges. I am sick of these abusive ass insurance companies.

@progressive why do you hire unprofessional auto adjusters? Argumentative, gives every excuse to why my car has taken forever for shop to even order glass for a skylight repair. This claim was entered 1/30/2026. I have been without my car for almost 5 weeks! Do better!!!

Time to find an alternate insurance company. @progressive’s inability to do auto pay and their weird lack of back dating coverage means I get a gap in insurance every renewal. My life is on autopay, and this is completely unacceptable.

.@progressive after a 40 minute wait I had one of the shittiest customer service calls I've ever had. For some reason you're prorating and deducting my refund even though I cancelled February 28th? Well, I did a chargeback anyways.
