We had FREE Health Care AND Surgeries via Mutual Aid Societies since 1780. Not to mention they paid out WEEKLY stipends for people who were injured or sick and couldn’t work. These PRIVATE companies were obviously created by Black Capitalists.

You're almost there...the DEFINITION of capitalism came after capitalism was already being practiced, but the idea of capitalism definitely precedes the creation of capitalism. Which brings me back to my original point, Africans created capitalism.

@ItsMeFlashE Chattel slavery is a specific, extreme form of slavery where enslaved people are legally rendered the personal property (chattel). Other systems, like indentured servitude, can be temporary. Slavery (General): One is forced to work under control/coercion, with no power to leave.

No it didn’t. Before the Industrial Revolution and Adam Smith was the feudal system. The Portuguese enslaved Angolans in 1575 and Christopher Columbus was 1492. He enslaved the Arawaks

They continued existing under capitalism, but they cannot be the defining charactersistics of the system, unless capitalism is a synonym of human existence.
