not to step into this hornet's nest, and I have no opinion on GLP-1s, but is this actually true? in other words, are the drugs just an appetite tool (affecting calories in) or are they also affecting metabolic processes (changing calories out)?

Tip: Don’t tell people on Ozempic that if they ate the same amount of food without the Ozempic, they'd lose the same amount of weight. They get very angry.

@muscleforlife Who cares why they lose weight? Some people need a kick start and it changes their life.
Also nobody says yeah your blood pressure is only low because you take medication. You only have low APOB because you’re on ezetimibe.
