BYU tries to play an NBA style… it works in the nba cause the players don’t play hard. In college it creates an awful defense that can’t stop anyone. This will become a pattern for years sadly

No, Kimberly. What actually happened was you broke down crying during the deposition once my lawyer asked you a direct question about a drug dealer. You didn’t expect us to have the drug dealer’s name and number after we asked you about cocaine usage but we had both, because my source was another stripper. You then cried, and apologized to my face, and moved to dismissed mid-deposition. And in case you woke up wanting to try me this morning, you should know there’s a remaining transcript and video of the sidebar your lawyer subsequently requested trying to get that drug-dealer question altogether dismissed with the judge. And it’s in my possession. Have a blessed day.

@MattWalshBlog @NatlyDenise_ Correct. Which is why I had to dismiss my case against your friend, Candace. I couldn’t prove malice.

The Big 12 has 4 of the top 10 teams in the country and the best player in the country on another team & the whole conference tournament is about their stupid court. Leadership matters. Who comes up with these ideas??

Jordan Peterson once said “you cannot twist the fabric of reality without it snapping back”. Though his words were not shared in the context of today’s current events, they ought to be recalled as we examine the objective failure of this administration’s disastrous decision to attack Iran. Over the last three years especially, we have watched Zionists bend the fabric of reality; They have purchased views, influencers and journalists. They have activated millions of online bots. They even went so far as to stage an open takeover of Tik-Tok when they grew incensed that the youth was sympathetic to Palestine. With a seemingly unlimited budget, they have feverishly banned accounts and passed speech laws—only to discover that none of these actions amount to real power. In fact, they represent actions taken when power is on the brink of collapse. Because while bots can land in every comment section across social media, they cannot land planes in the Middle East. Bots are not capable of putting their boots on the ground and delivering you Iran. It turns out you still need real human beings for that. The very kind that they have banned, blocked, and smeared for the better part of the last three years. No matter how many articles Bari Weiss publishes or how many monologues Mark Levin stammers through, the overwhelming majority of people in the world sense that Charlie Kirk was murdered for opposing this war and that Israel’s hands are not clean in the story. Charlie Kirk’s assassination and Netanyahu’s response to it, was consequential to Israel. There is a foundational principle that magicians should never believe in their own magic. It is important to draw a distinction between illusion and reality. It was not magic that maintained Israel’s place in the world. It was a reality that people like myself and like Tucker Carlson and Megyn Kelly (however ignorant we may or may not have been in our earlier assessments) once genuinely supported Israel and thought Zionism was a moral position. We may have been wrong but we were many. More crucially, the American people as a whole believed in the innocence and friendship of Israel and were therefore willing to die overseas to defend Her. All of that goodwill has now evaporated and it happened virtually overnight. In their sheer arrogance, rather than meaningfully working to restore relationships, zionists continue to use tactics of slander, deception, law-fare and yes, murder to force their perspectives. They no longer seem capable of making a distinction between illusion and reality. They wrongly assumed that with enough money, they could purchase truth. Zionists are quite literally their own worst enemies right now. No one believes them about anything anymore, nor should they. Calls to “prosecute Tucker Carlson” or to “bankrupt Candace Owens” register to the public as exactly what they are: Rabid, ill-advised demands from a bunker normally made right before an empire is about to fall. Before reality snaps back. Just my opinion.

Is there a more tragic life than Charlie Kirk? I’m dead serious. He dedicated his life to his wife, getting Trump elected and TPUSA… All turned out to be complete frauds. For someone that tried to have a meaningful life, I don’t know if anyone ever had a worse outcome?

I just started writing my immediate free-flow thoughts on Mormonism and where my mind is: The Book of Mormon is an obvious reflection of Joseph Smith’s lived-in world and culture and experiences. Stories of the Gold Plates come across as an obvious forgery and trick and scam. Joseph had beautiful theology and common sense ideas to fix Christianity Joseph’s theology also comes from other sources that influenced him, and he wasn’t original. Maybe an inspired syncretist. The church has been dishonest with its history, handling finances, leadership decisions. Prophets have taught doctrine that is now denounced by prophets. Makes prophets pointless. The LDS church has whitewashed history and the narrative. The coverup is worse than the crime. Although I think most church leaders do it for reasons they think are good. The church has had net good impact to the world and its members The church also causes harm to some of its members Polygamy & priesthood ban have zero good excuses and show no prophetic insight. The “restored Gospel” isn’t reflective of ancient Judaism or Christianity. Some of the Book of Mormon is beautiful. Some of it is like ramblings of a 12 year old. Most of the D&C is bizarre and irrelevant and reflects leadership manipulation. Some of the D&C is absolutely brilliant. Book of Abraham is the clear smoking gun of Joseph not being a prophet. Book of Abraham and Book of Moses are also brilliantly created, although simultaneously not literal and borrows heavily from sources around Joseph’s time. When Joseph died the church was left to pick up the pieces and nobody captured what Joseph started. If Joseph was a prophet, what remained is apostasy. Christianity experienced the same thing after Jesus died. Christianity picked up the pieces and dropped the ball too and then created something brand new. The LDS church prophets are clearly not prophetic. Some good spiritual leaders and some terrible. There is no evidence for the Book of Mormon to be literal history. All apologetic attempts at this fail miserably and drove me further away. The church creates bad apologists because it forces people to dismiss evidence by saying to do so is to exercise great faith. The gospel topic essays admitted to what I used to argue against, cherry pick information to justify it, and are overall dishonest and i still cant get over it. The distrust I have for church leaders and the organization makes me have disgust for all other religious organizations. Probably unfairly. Critical scholarship void of religious interpretation is the only way to understand scripture. Coffee is extremely harmless and absolutely insane I used to think it was evil. Now it’s a routine for my wife and I every Saturday morning. Early coffee shop date before kids wake up. Many people I know have blown up their lives after leaving the church. Not because it’s true but because they don’t have the tools to handle life without the church. This haunts me. The church is especially good at the ward level and community and it’s extremely hard to replace that piece of it. Although it also makes a tough society where I can’t say what I think. Perhaps I should steelman Orthodoxy and Catholicism and see if they are actually legit … no. I don’t think any Christianity reflects Jesus. Maybe I can be an agnostic Mormon/Jesus follower Approaching 50 years old and figuring out spiritual life going forward for me and my family … I wish I had the faith crisis at 25.

@RandomLDS This is super naive. It’s such a deep loss when the religion/ culture/ and environment that always felt like home no longer does. I won’t go into it but this is quite possibly the dumbest analogy I’ve seen. And I’m an ex Mormon that never bashes the church, but this isn’t helpful

I used to be a member of Sam’s Club. I was a member for 20 years. I went there every week. I really liked the marketing messages. I enjoyed the fruits that they had. Then one day I looked around. I realized that Sam’s Club wasn’t for me. I converted to Costco. Much better place. The fruits aren’t as good but I don’t have to work so hard to get them in my basket. The lines are longer but the marketing is very upbeat and it makes me feel good about myself. Do you know the one thing that I don’t do? Spend all my time on social media bashing Sam’s Club.

Trump promised to clean house at DOJ and there is no better place to start than the leftover Biden era cases that were built on political targeting instead of actual justice. Andrew McCubbins is a guy who personally helped rescue over 120 children from sex trafficking and served as Executive Producer on Sound of Freedom. Instead of being recognized for that work he is now facing federal sentencing on charges even the FBI in Utah originally cleared him on. New Jersey prosecutors picked it back up years later when they wanted leverage against Trump allies. If the new DOJ wants credibility it should start by reviewing the cases that never should have existed in the first place. @DAGToddBlanche
