This is the 3rd time Thune has used pro forma sessions to keep the Senate in technical session. This blocks Trump from appointing 200+ judicial nominees during recess. The Swamp doesn't want them approved since they will stop the lawfare and counter activist judges blocking President Trump's agenda. They'd like you to think it's just Thune.
