@KatAM_Deakin @Bryony_McNeill @LeniRose_Rivera @debbaldi Interesting! Would love to know if trends've changed w/ our MD & curriculum changes. I note uncertainty that academic success in med ed ==> better performance in future practice. Plus potential adv of prior clin. exp surely ⬇️ once all grads get exp as Dr in healthcare setting?

⚠️Please be aware that fake emails inviting researchers to submit their work to us & asking for payment are being circulated. They look plausible but are NOT legitimate. Do pass on unusual correspondence to us so that scammers are investigated/closed down diabetologia-journal.org/email-scam/

Hi Islet friends. Does anyone use a perifusion system that they would recommend? I'd like to be able to use islets and beta-cells as well as hydrogels. Thanks!

What parts of a PhD are the "training" parts? Because teaching classes and all that goes with it isn't training. Writing a dissertation isn't training. Conducting research isn't training. Seems relatively little training is involved and mostly a whole lot of actual work & admin.
