As a Christian man, coming from a covenant marriage perspective, if I make a covenant before the Almighty God to protect my wife and I am one with her, I have to save her for obvious reasons. I made a covenant with my wife, not my children. As much as I would love to save my children I cannot because I am bound to love my wife. Also if the Lord has allowed for such a situation where we lost our children then he will allow for a situation where we can have more. Despite others having other views this is speaking from a factual standpoint. Who did you marry? Who did you covenant to love and protect? Who did you have children with and can you have more? As a bonus, I can enjoy intimacy with a wife. Doesn't work the other way.

Yes and no. Women in the west for much longer than people are willing to acknowledge (just read books before 1900, people) had a choice in their mate. Worse, so did her father. And his standards were higher. Men had to impress men back then. They don't now. So they mistakenly think women should be easier to please.

PAP SMEARS ARE MILDY UNCOMFORTABLE AND EMBARRASSING AT WORST. STOP FEARMONGERING. STOP LIVING IN FEAR!!!!! you know what’s more painful than a pap smear? CERVICAL CANCER.

This is such a great argument against marriage. As a 21 year old, why should I get married young knowing my potential husband will want to trade me in for a “newer model” in a couple years when I inevitably age?

When you see 2 lines on a pregnancy test, you are a mother, and you maintain that title for the rest of your life. You don't lose that title because you lost them at any age. Having a pet after losing a child doesn't make you included on Mother's Day. It's your child.
