@CoachDanGo This is not one size fits all. I function significantly better on days I don’t eat until 1:00 pm. Light lunch then bigger dinner.

@BowTiedYukon The gym isn’t an escape from reality. The gym is reality. Where you find out who you are. Where you build yourself up. Where you build strength for everything that the outside world throws at you

Unpopular fact: We use the gym as an escape from reality We all have a lot of shit going on in our lives and the one thing that takes our mind off it for a couple of hours is the gym Squats, bench press, hammer curls, deadlifts and everything else in between helps you cope and deal with your day to day grind Keep your head up and keep grinding, you aren’t the only one, we’re right here next to you

@teal_andrew @Smuphy He never said they were the most influential. He said they are underrated. And for that matter, a handful of those bands you mentioned are incredibly overrated.

Appropriately rated. Been to 2 of their shows. Good band, good show, 2 great albums. Impact depends on how one silos and views 90's Alt. Do you see these all the same as "90's alt"? Grunge (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, AIC) Alt/Indie Rock (Pumpkins, Pixies) Pop-Alt/Britpop (Oasis, Matchbox 20) Post-Grunge/Alt-Rock (Bush, Candlebox) Funk/Alt-Rock (Rhcp, etc) Then they're not as influential as that collective group.

Look at the generational difference - 1990s: • Get a university degree • Get a 9–5 job • Suit and tie • Get promoted • Get married at 21 • Buy a house at 25 • 4 kids, 1 dog • Retire at 60 2026: • Survive… Show more

Just got off a call with a guy who just got a $34m inheritance from his parents Not in real estate value… Not in stocks… But in cold hard cash. The kid is 23 and makes $200k/year as a software engineer Has no idea whatsoever what to do with this money What would you do with it? Here’s what I suggested (I’m not a financial advisor, and this is not financial advice) Invest $12.5m into $VOO (S&P500 ETF) Invest $12.5m into $QQQ (Nasdaq ETF) Buy a $5m primary residence in cash And with the last $5m, buy section 8 real estate properties. I connected him with the sourcing company I use, and over the next 12 months They’re going to source him 150-180 rental properties This will create enormous tax deductions that will eliminate his income tax for years And he’ll earn ~$600k-700k in annual recurring cashflow And the $5m he puts into down payments will turn into $25m of equity once the federal government pays off all the debt in 30 years Simple playbook to ensuring that $34m turns into multiple 9 figures and true generational wealth

Hes ripped off so many people not only in the past but right now I guess Metallica fans have forgotten that the band hired a company and took over 300,000 names of fans that downloaded Metallica music off Napster and gave it to the federal government to narc them out. They were also going to sue each fan however considering expenses they instead had each fan restricted from using the platform. And now you are ok with them stealing from using an impersonator? Wake up please people. Metallica doesnt care about you, you arent their family you are their piggy bank. FBI COMPLAINT REGARDING METALLICA FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION Lars Ulrich dob 12/26/63 was arrested in Florida in November of 2022. Since that time Metallica has been using a doppelganger to portray Lars on this entire tour that started in April of 2023 and continues to this date with over $1.4Billion in ticket sales alone, not including the new dates of the European 2026 tour and the Sphere dates in October 2026 which are selling at $11,000USD a seat right now. As you know this is a fraudulent misrepresentation and means that Metallica fans all over the world are being defrauded out of their tickets, travel and merchandise money in the billions. Metallica should have cancelled the tour when Lars Ulrich was arrested yet instead continued on bc they are greedy and did not want to have to pay out for insurance on another cancelled tour. They are using pre-recorded drum tracks and the man impersonating Ulrich has been seen without his baseball hat on since December 2022 when he replaced the real Lars. There are no photographs of Lars with his sons Myles, Layne or Bryce since 2022 when Lars was a big family man and also Lars has not promoted their band Taipai Houston at all when he was a huge promoter prior to November 2022. I have done facial recognition AI software on images of Lars before 2022 and after and it always comes up not a match as well as his wife Jessica Miller. Metallica is defrauding in the billions now during this tour and at this point I believe what they will do is retire (if you let them get away with it) and live off the spoils of this tour which again including merch is in the billions internationally. No one wants to believe it bc its Metallica however I am positive that the FBI knows of Lars' arrest and at that point Metallica should have pulled the plug on the tour and instead has kept it going now for over 3 years and billions of dollars all generated by fraud. I believe that the identity of the man claiming to be Lars should be checked by the FBI by either questioning, fingerprints, facial recognition or even DNA samples from him and his sons if he wants to keep the lie going that long. Their management company of over 30 years QPrime no longer represents them which says something considering this is their biggest money making tour to date and they have no management at the moment. Metallica is stealing billions from fans not just in the US but internationally and the person pretending to be Lars should be stopped at the boarder and questioned as well as his passport checked to see who he really is. Defrauding loyal fans when tickets start at $500USD each is downright criminal and needs to be investigated since the whole band, staff and others has gone along with it for over 3 years. Kash Patel can even ask Robert Richie aka Kid Rock who knows all about it as does Jerry Cantrell and Dave Ghrol. Metallica are thieves and this level of fraud needs to be stopped. Other Information Are there any other witnesses or persons affected by this incident? Every fan that has paid for a ticket to a Metallica show since December 2022. At last count ticket sales were at $1.4Billion - however this does not include the 2026 European tour they have scheduled nor the Las Vegas Sphere shows they have booked all of October where tickets are going for $11000

@Mye251999 @SVG__Collection Absolutely correct. As stated below, it could be argued that Paranoid is the GOAT, but Master of Reality is sooo underrated and the whole tone of that album is just 👌 After Forever and Solitude helped me get through some tough times in high school.
