@ouraring @thevaguequeen How did you make that happen? I have the same problem and on my third attempt to find a solution. I have only be able to talk to a robot. Their call center is not taking calls right now from customers. They say try another time! Too many complaints? I just want to be valued too!

I’ve been a big @ouraring fan since I first got my ring in March 2024. After today I am an even bigger fan. Despite no longer being under warranty, they are replacing my ring free of charge after the battery started acting up. Shout out to Ruby in Customer Service! 🙌

@FedEx I need customer service. I am getting the run around by agents. I keep being transferred to different people. I have spent hours on the phone trying to straighten out my situation. I am being charged 3x what I was quoted. The package arrived 4 days late. Please help me.
