@DaleksC Not in the slightest. R3Store do the vast majority the film transfer work on Doctor Who and given that this needed to be a quick job to get it on iPlayer and the team are otherwise engaged on other projects, it makes a lot of sense for the BBC to do this all at one location.

Something nobody seems to be commenting on: Is it not a bit odd that the BBC avoided using the Doctor Who Restoration Team for this?

We already have Magistrates, without jury, ruling on cases with less than a 3 year sentence & had this for a long time. The legal system hasn’t collapsed. New legislation is merely extending the type of case that can be tried at Magistrate level & quicker trials for serious cases
