i cry a lot to process emotions and lately i'm working with not judging the crying... particularly not taking the perspective that something is "wrong" when i'm crying starting to realize crying's kinda like some weird off-gassing of human emotion

life update: had a raccoon living in the attic crawlspace - evicted it, meaning sealed up all known entry points, made sure it wasn't trapped up there that was a month ago. guess what? raccoon roommate is now BACK!
