This man is convinced he’s at Walmart and not Costco. When you sign up for a membership at Costco, it clearly states in the agreement you signed off on that they are allowed to check your receipt. When this man was trying to leave Costco, he refused to show his receipt and as expected they wouldn’t let him leave. He then creates a scene and accuses them of accusing him of stealing and detaining him against his will. They push his cart inside the store and call for a manager.
