@andersonirpfpca I agree. Establishment hates the conservative base, particularly across the South, with red states having some of the worst big gov Republicans. Team up with heritage Black Americans and we could oust those leaders. That's the new environment they're not ready for.

@LibertyToad I don't think establishment republican leadership hate black Americanss. They belong to the same club as democrat establishment leadership and are content with the staus quo. With socialists winning primaries 'the club' is incapable of adapting to the new environment.

@ahlmanforne Those two views are not compatible. Bernie Sanders style economics naturally leads to authoritarianism. Without autonomy to make economic decisions, there is no liberty.

The real centrist position in this country is a mix of Rand Paul civil liberties and Bernie Sanders economics thought. Meanwhile, the “center” in DC is a bunch of uniparty warhawk corporatists. Unless we fix that disconnect, we will keep going down a very dark path.

Maintenant, faisons l'expérience de pensée que ses accusateurs ne font jamais. Imaginez que Musk soit réellement evil. Cet homme possède un réseau de satellites qui couvre la planète, soit une capacité de surveillance quasi totale. Il possède la place publique numérique la plus influente du monde. Il possède la première fortune à 1000 milliards de l'Histoire, depuis l'IPO de SpaceX le 12 juin. Aucun individu n'a jamais concentré autant de leviers. Un Musk réellement malveillant, avec ça dans les mains, ne tolérerait pas une seconde qu'on le traite de nazi H24 sur sa propre plateforme. Il bannirait. Il surveillerait. Il écraserait. On serait déjà dans 1984. Or regardez la réalité : les comptes qui l'accusent de nazisme tweetent toujours. Tous les jours. Sans entrave. Sur son réseau. Avec son algorithme. La dystopie totalitaire qu'on lui prête se démontre par l'absence du goulag. Voilà le retournement. 1984 le contrôle de la parole, la surveillance de masse, la désignation publique des hérétiques ce n'est pas son projet. C'est le fantasme de ceux qui l'accusent. L'accusation décrit toujours l'accusateur. C'est du Girard à l'état pur : on désigne un bouc émissaire pour ne pas voir le mécanisme qu'on porte soi-même. Celui qui hurle « nazi » rêve souvent, en silence, du pouvoir de bannir, de ficher, de faire taire. L'homme qui aurait tous les moyens de bâtir 1984 est précisément celui qui laisse ses pires détracteurs parler. Demandez-vous qui, dans cette histoire, rêve vraiment du télécran.

We're picking tons of blueberries every day too. There's a bucket full ready on the four plants. We've already picked, eaten, and frozen so many this year. The berries have been much larger this year. We think it's the combination of rain and the coffee/grounds we've added.

And the first year we've had much luck with growing larger varieties of onions. Bunching ones always do well, but never the larger ones.

@GibbsCalhoun @bonchieredstate It's been a holiday for a long time. Just not a federal one. I know conservatives in texas that have celebrated it their whole lives. But like most things, we let the left hijack everything. Because we reject our own history if it has anything to do with black.

Making this connection between Juneteenth and modern DEI kind of gives the game away a bit.
