@LisaG75 Hi Lisa, thanks for getting in touch. The Autopay account can take up to 24 hours to activate. Please pay the charge for the journey yesterday. You can do this using the TfL Pay To Drive in London App. tfl.gov.uk/corporate/term…. Thanks, SW.
