Part of that settlement was an NDA that she wouldn’t speak publicly about her daughter’s death. When 2025 rolled around, Martin was reportedly broke, according to social media claims, and making the media rounds. She claims she and other family members were held in rooms and not allowed to leave until they agreed to the terms of the settlement. If she received the money in 2023, signed the NDA, and stayed silent for almost 10 years, why is she now breaking the NDA? Recent video has shown her to be obviously emotionally unstable. I wonder if the guilt from taking that $3.7 million to stay silent has proven to be too heavy?
