@Enterprise @Enterprise I've now been calling customer service since October 17th to file a formal complaint and get a refund or credit, but no one is following up with me. What is the best way to get in touch with someone who can actually help?

@MJayBe There should be a roadside assistance number on your rental agreement. The one that have for Spain is 915 191 314. You would want to contact this department, and they would be able to setting up a tow or give you your options. Have you contacted them? Chris M

I don’t know what to do, so I’m here documenting this experience. This just can’t be “customer service” right? Like, our safety is a concern now too, right? And no one can help?
