A second person has been charged in the QEII Highway shooting death of Birinder Singh (pictured), 22, near Leduc.
Deon Libsekal, 23, is charged with second-degree murder and accessory after the fact. RCMP say the killing was not racially motivated and believe all suspects have now been charged.
