I agfeel with both. You can speak Spanish in Florida, just like you can speak English in Japan.... but the roads are in English so you better be fluent in it. In Japan, the signs and government documentation is in Japanese . Same applies. Speak what you want, but better be good in Japanese and able to read it if you want a driver's license.

Sam Shamoun is liek Mel Gibson. He is like David and Solomon. He is a gift. Guided by the Holy Spirit.
