We did it. The first goal I wrote down for Maxed AI was 100 downloads. Then $100 in revenue. Today, I can gladly say we hit my third goal: $1000 in MRR. It’s not much, but this one feels good. If you want to build a successful app, you need to follow the same rule as me: Make your app better every single day. This doesn’t mean adding unnecessary features that’ll dilute the core functionality of the app. But it means fixing a bug a user reports, adjusting your UI because of an inconsistency, or simplifying something that users find too complex. Slowly, these changes compound. They add up

One of the best brands to study and try to replicate is Haus. Sure, they’re an apparel brand, not an app. But the distribution is all the same. Go search them up on TikTok, find a banger ad, and replicate it for your niche.

This idea that you NEED a viral feature in order for your app to succeed is a bit foolish. If you make something that’s genuinely useful, people will use it. You can find different ways to advertise it that can go viral. But you don’t need this “viral feature” which often times will actually destroy your business.

@abh1nash Yeah haven’t updated the android version in months and kept a Claude output in there. Not my best work obviously. Much stronger on IOS

- remove "Hey Max" - make MAXED AI into logo or bigger - when date selected, only indicate via blue circle no white oval container - navbar has weird bottom/behind roundness or bottom layer, fix that - collapse navbar to icons only and icon+text when tab selected - wtf does "Swap" do - you have three icon types visible (yellow bg crown, theme bg activity, fire emoji streak) pls standardize - chart in Leaderboard section doesnt indicate or do anything - streaks can be at top of screen, dont love doubling UI components to fill space, put something else there - doubled text / not needed between "This week - Last 4 weeks" when cleared indicated by "This wk" and the chart - related, "Today - Monday" not needed - change "This wk" to date - standardize numbers betwen 7.4k and 180,790 lbs - remove "-1 vs last scan" and replace the Streaks component if wanted - use Fable with GPTImage2 or similar to make skeleton image clearer for that muscle group / different than every other wkt app

I’m begging you to absolutely trash my UI. The more you sh*t on it, the better it will become. I listen to all of you. Now go be as RUTHLESS as possible so we can build a generational product.
