A man calling himself Harry Dresden kicked in the wrong door… and the homeowner only had a shovel. That sounds insane because it is. But once you get past the weirdness, this turns into a real question about home defense. A lot of people in the comments always say the same thing: “I would’ve just shot through the door.” Maybe. Maybe not. Because talking tough online and actually living through that moment are two very different things. You hear somebody outside your house threatening you, asking for your daughter, kicking the door, and you have seconds to decide what you’re going to do. So I want to know what y’all really think: If somebody is outside your door making threats but hasn’t come through yet… are you shooting through the door, or are you waiting until they cross it? @MrProhibited @gunpolicy The Bill is a Bit misleading, they’re strictly regulating the use of Muzzle Energy in the barrels whichever caliber exceeds .177 Caliber ex. in Illinois anything larger than .177 is Classified as a Firearm or in New Jersey you can’t buy an Airgun without a Gun License.

The suspect, “Olaolukitan Adon Abel” was also allegedly in the process of se*ually assaulting her before neighbors came to the scene. Olaolukitan is charged with 3 other "completely random" shootings and the de*th of another woman. We do not have to live like this.

VA "Assault Weapons" Ban update: The version passed by the General Assembly defined an “assault weapon” as a semi automatic centerfire rifle or pistol with a fixed magazine capacity over 15 rounds. The Governor’s substitute strips the word “fixed.” Any semi-auto that has a magazine capable of holding more than 15 rounds is now an "assault firearm."

As petrifying as this is this is unfortunately the reality that we have to prepare for.

Sorry for disappearing, sudden end to stream on Saturday and then silence for a couple days; Yesterday my grandfather passed away, he was 94 and they found a tumour on Saturday, the operation wasn't an option so we had to accept it and make sure he spent those days surrounded with love. He went in truly the most peaceful way possible. It’s been a really tough few days, but I’m grateful he wasn’t in pain or battling for months. He was comfortable and surrounded by family who truly loved him 🤍

Been backing away from talking politics lately. But where they intersect with faith is where I have strong feelings especially. Listen, no human who respects God would ever post this picture of themselves as Lord. It’s that simple. The way of Trump and the way of Jesus are incompatible, incongruent, mutually exclusive. And I think people of faith, if you really wrestle with it, know this. Maybe you like his style, his administration, whatever. But you have to know that his way and Jesus’ aren’t remotely close to each other. Trump posts about raising hell (just a week ago) while Jesus spent His ministry bringing the kingdom of Heaven down. Summation, this stuff is horribly offensive to the way of Christ and those who follow it.
