CRPA’s Duncan case is among the five semi auto or mag 2A ban cases currently pending at SCOTUS, they all just got relisted for Friday's SCOTUS conference. So again, we wait. All digits are crossed🙏

@hannahhill_sc I remembered last year or the year prior every podcast from Washington Gun Law, Mark Smith, Guns and Gadgets, Gun Owners of America all push a case only for it to be relisted like 12 times. The Supreme Court does not care about our rights.

The five gun/mag ban cases currently pending at SCOTUS just got relisted for Friday's conference. This will be the 7th conference for NAGR v. Lamont.

Bad news out of Richmond: Governor Abigail Spanberger has signed HB 40, banning so-called “ghost guns.” This law attacks your fundamental right to build firearms for personal use, a practice as American as the Second Amendment itself. She also signed HB 21, which exposes the firearms industry to endless lawsuits for crimes committed by people they never sold to. This is nothing more than a backdoor attempt to drive up prices, reduce availability, and ultimately disarm law-abiding citizens through economic warfare. These bills don’t stop criminals. They punish responsible Americans, aka, YOU.
