Senators shouldn’t be allowed to leave until DC if there are unfunded agencies. And if an agency goes 30+ days without funding, they shouldn’t get paid either. This is like not paying rent and still expecting to live there because you don’t care. “Bills” should t be optional just because you’re in Congress.

@LischGary @calvinfroedge Yeah that didn’t happen. The plane landed safely and reports are now coming out Iran didn’t even hit it. Also it’s only $8 in California because that state did it to themselves. It’s about $3 everywhere else. Also DOW is steady at 46,000.

@NormalGPolitics @calvinfroedge First of all it looks like the F-35 was ambushed, crashed and the pilot ejected. I guess they aren't stealthy after all. But we knew that. And who wins when gas stays at $8 and the Dow is 30,000? Not you and I. What else are Americans falling for? Lots.

So today Iran crippled world gas output for years, hit an F35, and knocked the power out in Haifa after hitting Israel's only oil refinery with a ballistic missile I think it might be time to say it - Iran is winning the war

Powel hates Trump let’s be honest and rightly so because that lawsuit is dumb that was brought on Powell. Inflation is way down from where it was. Gas prices are back to what they were under Biden. So it’s not shell shock to the system. It’s right back where they were when Trump took office. Now that being said. I agree with you those things are up compared to where they were. The war does need to end for all of these things to go back down to where he had them which was very cheap gas and inflation headed back down to 2%ish But the sky isn’t falling. The quicker the war ends the better as long as the goals can be met. This was a complete failure if Iran builds back in 3 years.

@NormalGPolitics @calvinfroedge Sure but Powell didn't seem very optimistic. Job growth is in decline. Gas prices are up also in US. Inflation will be up. And US telling the world that Iran has nothing for them to bomb the Haifa refinery and a Qatar gas field

@NorweskiTramwaj @calvinfroedge I agree America is losing the PR game bad. That is due in large part to media bias and because Trump just says random crap. The S&P is actually holding the line fairly well considering the situation and gas prices have stabilized in US. So we will see on the timing.
