The media are pretending not to understand what President Trump meant in recent comments about Iran vs. domestic politics. He made a decision: no nukes for these terrorists. To publicly negotiate against himself would be stupid, which is I guess what a weak Democrat president would do.

(1) and (2) above, and (3) under the most generous possible interpretation Iran is at least a decade away from developing a nuke that it could deliver to the US, and even that would assume outside help and us not noticing them developing it.

@NormalGPolitics @benshapiro It was not, in fact, taken out of context. The idea Iran is going to get a nuke and destroy everything is laughable. There is a 0% chance they would be able to successfully launch a nuclear bomb that hit the US. It would be destroyed instantaneously, as would Iran.

Every decade in modern American history can be identified and defined by its own style, its own approach to music, film, fashion, its own aesthetic. That seems to have stopped right around 2010. The 2010s don't really have their own unique feel, even in retrospect. The 2020s certainly don't. We're more than halfway through the decade. What are the movies, music, style, and trends that this decade will be remembered for? It's like we fell into some kind of cultural blackhole 15 years ago.

@NormalGPolitics @Timcast 2 terms per office held. Theoretically someone could run the table 2 terms in congress, 2 in the senate, 2 as VP, then 2 as President. But the odds of anyone doing would be really high.
