@JohnHealey_MP Yep. Hard won and easily lost. Waiting 14 years I expected something other than the first fiasco over the WFA. Bungled, inept and ON ITS OWN. And U-turned. Whatever were they thinking? I would have given it up willingly if every pound saved would have gone to homeless housing etc

I’m sure this is true. However, in action he got the first thing badly wrong and never recovered. Why ever take that first action on pensioners? Utter lunacy. I had it, I had it taken away and then I got it again. And we waited for 14 years for this madness.
Ian Murray MP@IanMurrayMP

Dignity, integrity and full of grace. @UKLabour and the country owe a huge debt of gratitude to Keir. He’s a statesman to the last word. Thank you for saving the Labour Party, for making us electable again, for winning the election, and for always putting the country first.

@HarrietHarman @UKLabour You are beneath contempt. You snipe from the sidelines while being in the pay of Sky. What the hell has happened to you.

@HarrietHarman @UKLabour How dare you. Imagine being quoted by Beth Rigby as she attacks the Prime Minister. How much are @SkyNews paying you for your disloyalty. He had a mandate for three more years and you stabbed him in the back. History will judge you accordingly.

@MaryCreagh_ Just to say it wasn’t quite that landslide. Some Labour MP’s lost. His majority went down and what % did he win with? 32?. Two right-wing parties cut each others throats.

Keir Starmer took Labour from our worst defeat in a century to win a landslide. As our PM he has served with dedication and humility and transformed our country for the better. I suspect history will be kind to him. 🌹

@BBCPolitics And at the time when his “culture” was needed where did he go? Resigned and went off to Manchester.

On Monday @KemiBadenoch said "good people across the political spectrum" will "condemn" the appalling firebomb attacks on the Prime Minister's family home. Today her Tory Vice Chair @Matt_VickersMP was confronted with the sickening comments he made yesterday and shrugged them off. This goes beyond party politics. Badenoch should sack him.

Despite @DerbyshireCCC innings defeat here at Chester-le-Street, @HarryCame4 - leaving the field here at the end of the match - has become the first Derbyshire player to carry his bat through a completed innings in first class cricket against Durham. There have been 40 instances of a Derbyshire player carrying his bat, and Came is the 27th player to do it. @ACScricket

Hannah Spencer: "There's plenty of dirty grubbiness behind me." Lee Anderson and Sarah Pochin: 😳 Interesting. No names were mentioned, yet somehow they seemed to know exactly who she meant. Quite the coincidence. #PMQ
Crewkerne Man@CrewkerneMan

At PMQs, Green MP Hannah Spencer, draped in exquisite Gucci, accused Lee Anderson and Sarah Pochin of being “dirty and grubby.” But Starmer landed the line, calling out Zack Polanski’s absence and asking if he’d swapped his houseboat for a submarine.
