At my work, we have monthly reviews with our supervisor to evaluate our job performance and also our job satisfaction. I think it is important for all workplaces to have performance reviews more often. What does your job do? #MGMT352Ch10 #scsu #scsumgmt352 #hrperformance

@AngieSalmi @huskymgmt M lat workplace did all their training online. It was very nice to be able to work on it during slow days and not worry about finishing it early or late. Overall a great way for training to be flexible to all employees.

@wcavegn17 @huskymgmt This is a great way to visualize it. My process of being hired was a little bit different! Since I had known people from within the company before. They knew my strengths before submitting my application. But this is still a great picture to see it all!

@AngieSalmi @wcavegn17 @huskymgmt There are settings as well for individual posts. If a person feels that they would like this post public they can make that choice. And if they want the post to be seen by just friends they can do that as well. Everyone has this option, many just dont utilize it.

@AngieSalmi @wcavegn17 @huskymgmt All major social media platforms offer the same privacy settings. Making your profile public for all to see is a choice. Whether you choose to be public or private is on that individual. Employers have the right to use all the resources they are provided.

@KabeParker @huskymgmt This is very true. Quality applicants can be hard to come by. It is a waste of everyone's time too if you hire a person who lacks the skills needed for the job. Then you waste time and resources from the company and employees may become frustrated as well.

@KabeParker @huskymgmt I love to use LinkedIn! I connect with everyone I work with and people from school! A wonderful way to network and also a great place to find job descriptions. I always look at LinkedIn in jobs to try and figure out what job might best fit me!
