Today we concluded the 3rd edition of Annual Conference of Consuls Generals (ACCG-III). Apart from stock taking, we discussed further reorienting and channelizing our efforts  to help achieve national development goals: by prioritizing investment mobilization & trade enhancement; by integrating investment & trade work with technical and vocational training; by scaling up educational, research and buisness cooperation especially in new technologies. We also discussed ways to further improve our consular and community services;  to add further value to our public diplomacy work & provincial, think tank, media and cultural outreach. We are now finalizing the annual plan of action setting out milestones across various work streams to be achieved collectively next year. @ForeignOfficePk @PakinChina_ @PakinChengdu @PakInGuangzhou_ @PakinHongKong @PakinShanghai 第三届总领事年度会议今日圆满收官。在总结过往工作的同时，我们重点探讨了如何调整工作重心、汇聚多方力量，以更好服务国家发展目标：通过优先推动投资促进与贸易升级；将投资贸易工作与技术职业培训相结合；扩大产学研合作尤其是在新技术领域。会议还就提升领事侨务服务水平、增强公共外交效能、深化与地方政府、智库、媒体及文化机构联动等议题进行研讨。目前我们正在完善年度行动计划，为明年的各项工作设定具体里程碑。

Yesterday, I visited some enterprises of the Chengdu Machinery Industry Association(CMIA). Explored R&D & production facilities and had great discussions on Pakistan-China industrial cooperation opportunities and prospects ahead! #PakistanChinaCooperation #CPEC

Yesterday, met with Mr. Hu Shudong,VP of Guizhou Council for Promotion of Int. Trade, to explore ways to boost enterprise connection! Also visited Guizhou Medical University, discussing joint medical talent training and academic exchanges had a lovely chat with int. students too

Just visited (6-7Nov.) Guizhou Province🇨🇳! held meeting with Ms. Xie Xiang, Party Secretary of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Guizhou, also met with provincial officials, visiting key enterprises, and provincial education department to strengthen 🇵🇰-Guizhou cooperation.

President Asif Ali Zardari addressed the 2nd Golden Panda Awards International Culture Forum in Chengdu, stressing the power of art and culture in uniting people, strengthening Pakistan-China friendship and promoting a shared future for humanity.

President Asif Ali Zardari became the first foreign Head of State to visit China’s AVIC aircraft complex in Chengdu. He lauded the J-10 & JF-17’s role in strengthening PAF and hailed AVIC as a symbol of China’s tech progress & Pak-China strategic partnership.

Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met His Excellency President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China, at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif met Premier of China, Li Qiang in Beijing The Prime Minister briefed the Chinese Premier on the B2B Investment Conference held earlier in the day, where more than 300 Pakistani and 500 Chinese companies were in attendance. He identified agriculture, mines and minerals, textile, industrial sector and IT as priority areas for mutually beneficial economic collaboration. Both countries would celebrate the 75th anniversary of establishment of Pakistan-China diplomatic ties, next year.
