@SkypeSupport @BigBlastDesign Our experience shows that if the app isn't open on the mobile device then the notifications aren't there even if you are logged in on Skype. Other instant messaging apps we don't run into this issue.

@BigBlastDesign We understand. We have tried it on our end and everything is up and running, notification is showing up. Just to verify, have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and check to see if this will help? Let us know how it goes.

@MicrosoftHelps Skype doesn't show notifications on android; we run several Skype groups & this is forcing us to look at other options as members don't see updates are happening. Please can you fix this? Probably shouting into the wind here, but don't ask & you don't get...
