I would have written the immunity decision differently but let’s be real: DOJ reindicted Trump on the exact same 4 counts. SCOTUS didn’t shield him; voters did. The person it shielded was Joe Biden. Does anyone doubt this admin would have indicted him for nonsense?

Casey Means never should have been nominated as Surgeon General for a litany of reasons that’s too long to mention here. I’m glad to see President Trump withdraw her nomination. While I think we should eliminate the Surgeon General’s office, Dr. Nicole Saphier appears to be a much more qualified candidate.
