To me, if there are any people with a little bit of power and influence that fully support ranchers and Farmers, especially smaller and family owned ranchers and Farmers, and who actually truly care, it would be many in the Trump administration. If I were the Santa CAROTA ranch owners and management, I would send a very clear and honest letter of appeal directly to President Trump with a carbon copy to VP Vance and Secretary ROLLINS. Ask them for exactly what you want and hopefully you will get a reply and someone who can help you who will actually do it. DO IT!
