@reflectlyapp I’m having issues with my app. Every time I close the app and reopen it, it acts as if Iv never set it up before yet, my daily plan is still there???? Can’t you help me?

I worked there for thirteen years and holy cow the ethical issues there are plentiful. It's actually pretty scary.
I was a sales manager and i can tell you the Wells Fargo stuff that happened is still happening at BofA

Their phone system isn't skilled to fix problems
I do a podcast on crappy BofA and their call center Associates aren't even bank employees. They are a third party call center so they have no troubleshooting training
