@ThatCruiseMedic Few salient questions first Does the hospital have smaller portable cylinder, with wheelers Are there nursing assistants on duty that could have assisted. Overall i think the management always support their staff members if no clear case of negligence has been established.

MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE? I had a long call with my friend, a nurse, we discussed at length and he needed my input on a case of alleged medical negligence involving 2 nurses at his work place. According to him, a committee has been set up by the management to look into the case. The 2 nurses were attending to over 15 patients at the medical A&E at night, amongst the patients was an elderly man who was oxygen dependent. The man wanted to use the toilet, the nurses attention were drawn, one of them brought a screen, and gave the man a bed pan to use. The patient insists that he must be wheeled into the rest room, that he is not a child, that he will be defeating inside a bed pan. The nurse explained to him that, moving the big oxygen cylinder will be very difficult and pleaded with him but the argument continues and the nurse attention was drawn to another patient. She left the bed pan with the man and went to attend to the patient, the wife removed the nasal prong and took the husband to the toilet. While waiting for the husband to come out of the rest room, the nurse came back to ask for the patient, the wife told her that he was in the rest room, "how long"? She asked, well "not too long" she responded. The nurse went to knock on the door, but no response, she quickly opened the door, and saw the man lying on the floor of the rest room. The doctor's attention was quickly drawn but unfortunately the man was certified dead. The aggrieved family is threatening to sue the hospital. What do you think? Is this a case of medical negligence?

What I will say is this - if many a man had listened to their wives about a particular financial event, many a man would not be poor. I know this because it happened to my father. There's this sixth sense that exist not only in women but in everyone. For you it can be a discomfort in going somewhere that your good friend has invited to. It can be a mother calling you to be careful about yourself or your business. It can be a friend calling out of the blues to warn about something. It can be brother that you told about a financial transaction, asking you not to go ahead. God sends us warnings through various medium, it is usually faster with a wife. Marry First - 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 - you will see

TROOPS REOPEN ROAD SHUT FOR THREE YEARS, DESTROY BOMB FACTORY IN IMO STATE Troops of Operation UDO KA have continued to sustain aggressive joint clearance operations in parts of Imo State and environs in the ongoing Operation EASTERN SANITY, aimed at dismantling criminal enclaves and restoring normalcy to affected communities. The operations, conducted in the Orsu–Eketutu Mother Valley and Orsu–Ihiteukwa general areas as part of ongoing efforts to eliminate Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) planted by criminal elements and facilitate the safe return of residents who were forced to abandon their homes due to the activities of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its armed affiliate, the Eastern Security Network (ESN). In one of the operations, troops operating under 34 Artillery Brigade Nigerian Army (NA) in collaboration with personnel of the Nigerian Navy, Nigerian Air Force, Department of State Services (DSS), Nigeria Police Force, and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), conducted a joint clearance operation along the Lilu–Eketutu Road in the Orsu–Eketutu Mother Valley area of the state on 6 March 2026. The road, which serves as a strategic route that functions as the community’s lifeline, enabling the flow of people, goods, and services for surrounding communities, had been abandoned for over three years due to persistent threats and attacks by IPOB/ESN militants. During the operations, troops discovered IED planted at different areas along the road. The IEDs were successfully disconnected and safely recovered by Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) specialists, preventing potential casualties and restoring access to the route. In a related operation, on 11 March 2026, troops conducted clearance operation in Orsu–Ihiteukwa general area, clearing suspected IED locations along key routes to enhance security and enable displaced inhabitants to return safely to their homes. During the operation, several IEDs were detonated along the route of advance. Despite the series of explosions, troops maintained operational momentum and discovered an IPOB/ESN IED-making factory within the area. The facility was thoroughly exploited, leading to the recovery of several items including Biafran flags and insignia, several rounds of 7.62 mm NATO ammunition, pipes used for priming IEDs, pistol magazines containing rounds of ammunition, double-barrel guns, CCTV cameras, as well as multiple clips and electrical wires suspected to have been used in the fabrication of explosive devices. Additionally, EOD teams discovered many other IEDs concealed within the area. The explosives were carefully disconnected, recovered, and safely destroyed. The NA reaffirms its commitment to sustaining pressure on criminal networks threatening peace and security across Imo State and the South East region. Members of the public are requested to continue providing timely and credible information to security agencies, as community cooperation is vital to dismantling criminal syndicates and restoring lasting peace. Operation UDO KA is committed to protecting law-abiding citizens, securing lives and property and completely reinforcing regional stability. “Yet, despite this, our people chose to remain calm and not resort to taking any actions to express our displeasure.” WHAT KIND OF INSANITY IS THIS??? Dear @tedcruz @SecRubio @RepRileyMoore Let it be on record that Bashir has REPEATEDLY put out a clear terrorist dogwhistle (very likely aimed at triggering harm and violence) against Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo. This is NOT the first time. This is NOT the second time. This will NOT be the last time that Bashir is publicly putting out posts that directly signal to a ravaging lunatic Islamist terrorist audience who will one day act on his posts to possibly kidnap, harm, and/or kill this pastor. Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo has been the loudest voice from Northern Nigeria who has raised a global alarm to harm world about the systemic govt-permitted genocide of christians in Nigeria. Bashir is a self-confessed Islamic extremist, a notorious religious bigot, an ethnic propagandist, a tribal irredentist, an ex official of the Nigerian government and a loud supporter of the current satanic political party in power that cuddles terrorists, downplays terrorism and refers to terrorists as “brothers”. EVEN IN RAMADAN, This depraved, deranged and demonically blinded extremist is putting out tweets that will cause grievous harm or death to a pastor. EVEN IN RAMADAN, his soul is so full of evil darkness that he clearly wishes harm on an innocent man. I am making an open public appeal to every sane sensible person out there- Muslim, Christian, atheist or otherwise- to please lend their voice against this extremist madness. I’m particularly begging sane and sensible Muslims to speak up and denounce this extremist madness because when or if this evil is carried out, it will be done in the name of Islam. I’m also putting this out as a public SOS alarm and notice that IF any evil or harm should befall Pastor Ezekiel Dachomo, may his blood fully be on Bashir’s head and may the whole world hold Bashir and his terrorist cohorts fully responsible. It is my utmost prayer that no evil will befall that innocent man. But if these murderous extremist animals succeed in their barbaric ambitions, God will bear me witness that i did my best to raise an alarm.
Bashir Ahmad, OON@BashirAhmaad

In recent times, no utterances have been as hurtful and inappropriate as those of that Pastor Ezekiel Dachamo. It was clearly provocative and deeply offensive. Yet, despite this, our people chose to remain calm and not resort to taking any actions to express our displeasure. If anyone is to be picked up and questioned by security, it should be him.

A few weeks later, the late-night messages suddenly stopped. Completely. At first I thought maybe she just got busy with life or work. But days turned into weeks and I didn’t hear fro m her at all. Then one day I randomly ran into someone who knew her family. That’s when I heard something that made those late-night conversations replay in my head differently. Apparently she had moved out of that house not long after those nights we talked... Not even in good health, it turned out the footsteps she kept hearing was from the late landlord of that house, I guess because it's his house, he didn't want to totally leave even after death. She was dealing with serious spiritual attacks that got her sick to the point she couldn't even use her phone anymore, as I speak she still hasn't recovered yet.. Is this even a real thing??

I once had a female friend from abuja who only ever texted me late at night. Not sometimes… almost every night. Usually midnights. During the day she barely replied to messages, and if she did, it was always short replies like “I’m busy” or “I’ll text later.” But once it was late at night, she suddenly became very talkative. At first I thought she's just amongst those who prefer night texting...but this pattern continued....

The uncomfortable conversations about Lammens have finally arrived. Let me be clear about what I value in a goalkeeper. My ideal profile is the one who wins Man of the Match when his team is under siege. The De Gea type. The Van der Sar type. The goalkeeper who rescues points, not just participates in games. Lammens is young, physically strong, and mentally confident. He has the character to become a top goalkeeper. The data supports that. He has prevented the most goals in the league. But here is the part people keep avoiding. He also has the fewest clean sheets among the top ten teams. He concedes one or two goals almost every game. Even when we score freely, he still gives goals away. Five saves mean nothing if you concede twice. Proportion matters. End product matters. If the defense is weak, then the goalkeeper must compensate. That means commanding the back line, organizing spacing, and improving starting positions. Positioning is not optional at this level. Yes, he is in a new league. Yes, he has done well overall. But mistakes must be called out. Osula’s shot was saveable. A committed dive changes that moment. The hesitation did not. These are patterns, not isolated incidents. At times, he slips into the same habits we criticized in Onana, and we have been hesitant to say it because he is new. That grace period is ending. Comfort is creeping in. He knows there is no real competition right now. That will change. Goalkeepers on loan will return. Competition is coming whether he likes it or not. And this is why I want Onana to stay beyond the summer. Take the criticism. Sit in it. Fight through it, just like Maguire did. Then push Lammens every single day in training. No guaranteed number one. No comfort zones. Lammens has talent. But talent without authority is incomplete. It is time for him to step up.
Noush 🧠 | MUFC@NoushardMUFC

Two Doctors from Jos went abroad. A Nigerian man was rushed to the hospital, where he was sweating profusely and heating up. It was classified as an emergency, but the 2 guys knew the problem right away. They gave him some meds, he slept, and woke up feeling better. Everyone was shocked. What happened? Malaria. They knew our sickness at first sight, and that region recorded zero cases of malaria for over a decade, so there was no practical experience. 😂

Garnacho left Utd because he wasn’t starting games and refused to do anything about his brother’s social media posts. He’s now sitting on Chelsea’s bench and his brother is no longer posting things on social media because Chelsea rightly wouldn’t tolerate that. I doubt he will admit this publicly but he will know he’s in a much worse position today than what he was on Utd’s bench.
