NEW: The 18-year-old who died on a Carnival Cruise ship was s*xually assaulted by her 16-year-old stepbrother before he murdered her, according to the DOJ. Anna Kepner died from mechanical asphyxiation and was found under a bed in her cabin. On November 6, Kepner told her family on the cruise that she didn't feel well and went to her cabin after dinner. The following day, when her dad and stepmother gathered the family for breakfast, they noticed she was missing. Her body was found around 11 am by a maid, stuffed under a bed in a blanket, and covered with life jackets. The stepbrother, only identified as 'T.H.' has been indicted for first-degree murder and aggravated s*xual assault as an adult. He faces life in prison.

There's news about a @raiders succession plan, so I share this as context. Unless league policy has changed since I left the league, teams are required to submit succession plans and those plans have to be approved. I know this, cause I did this for Al [Davis].

The point that @ChaseDaniel shares is one I share often as well, often as relates to trades, as when a player is traded he's often on a plane that day and in addition to that which Chase notes below, a player who lives alone may have a pet/pets for which to make arrangements.

Does the NFL have a relocation program? If a player gets traded, do they have to sell their current house, pay to relocate etc or does the NFL help them ?
