My office is happy to report that my amendment to remove pesticide liability protections will receive a vote on the House floor as part of the Farm Bill.
However, the Rules Committee is currently packaging the Farm Bill together with FISA and reconciliation under a single rule.
These are three highly contentious bills, and if they are forced through under one rule, they are likely to fail together. This does not mean the fight is over, but there are still procedural hurdles to clear before the Farm Bill can move forward and this amendment can ultimately be included.

There are indeed AH-64 Apache Helicopters that are used strictly for training purposes. Apache’s, like Dual seat fighter aircraft, do not require two pilots. One seat is for the weapons systems officer. That is the seat used for celeb rides.
I know this because back in the 1990’s, I was able to ride in the gunner seat of an AH-1 Cobra Helicopter that was utilized for training.
Perhaps you still have some learning to do.

When I was a lowly E-4 in the Army, as a reward for being Honor Grad in PLDC; I was able to go on a ride in an AH-1 Cobra in Hawaii. It was a scheduled training flight, so there was no additional cost to the taxpayer for me to go on that “joyride.”

Scoop: Kid Rock flew to Fort Belvoir this morning on his private jet and took a little joy ride on 2 Apache helicopters with War Secretary Pete Hegseth, according to multiple Army sources, and backed up by flight data.
Apaches typically have 2 pilots, but they went up with one so the boys could each ride shotgun, I'm told.
Apache helicopters are not stationed at Ft. Belvoir so unclear where they came from. A spokesperson at the base referred questions to the secretary's office.
