CNN is now covering the collapse in approval for congressional Democrats. New numbers show their ratings hitting record lows.

I'm a good tipper. I generally tip 20%-25% depending on the service but tipping culture is out of control. 1st, if the dingbat in the picture thinks I'm tipping 40% he's sniffing glue. 2nd, I was recently at a food court in a shopping mall. Two of the vendor I bought stuff from had an option to add 18, 20, or 22% tip to my order. That's not happening.
