This an awful, shocking case.
Henry’s loved ones have gone through the trauma of a long trial and endured Henry's killer making up appalling claims about their son who was thoughtful, kind and deeply loved.
It is right that the IOPC is investigating the police’s response to his senseless murder. And we must end the cycle of tragedy by tackling the horror of knife crime.
Henry’s family, friends, his university and the city of Southampton will continue to feel his loss, and our thoughts will always be with them.

Lammy will be out next, saying that the judge would have found them guilty. All part of the plan.

This is really disturbing.
If Reform form a government, it's very obvious that they will embolden angry mobs to intimidate their opponents.

I’d like to buy this man a pint. Does anyone know how I can find him?

Japan has built a $2,500 cardboard drone. It actually flies fast while avoiding radar!
At first, the military thought it was a joke.
A plane made of… cardboard?
Yet, this drone can travel nearly 80 km at over 100 km/h.
And the craziest thing is that its material becomes an advantage.
Cardboard reflects radar waves less than some conventional materials.
As a result, it's harder to detect in the sky.
Japan can even transport hundreds of them in a single container and assemble them in minutes.
While some countries are building drones costing millions, they're focusing on machines that are practically disposable.
Perhaps this is the new technological warfare:

Keir Starmer is correct about the need to heal divisions.
But to equate protest of the genocide in Gaza with the hate march led by Tommy Robinson is a disgrace.
If Starmer thinks this is how we heal divisions it shows he hasn't begun to understand the problem.
Keir Starmer@Keir_Starmer
Today the voices of division will be loud. They don't speak for the country I know, one that belongs to all of us. That's our Britain. A Britain worth fighting for. lbc.co.uk/article/keir-s…

@PolitlcsUK A selfish man who only cares about his grudge against Nigel Farage.
Andy Burnham will benefit and Andy Burnham will scrap the much needed ILR reforms.

Deeply honoured to be appointed by the Prime Minister as Health & Social Care Secretary.
Huge thanks to @RachelReevesMP for my time as part of her fantastic team.
Can't wait to get started and continue @wesstreeting's brilliant work on such a critical mission for our country.

I welcome HMRC’s conclusion, which has cleared me of any wrongdoing.
I have been exonerated by HMRC of the accusation that I deliberately sought to avoid tax.
When purchasing a home of my own with a mortgage, I did not own any other property and had no personal financial interest in the court-instructed trust set up to manage my son’s financial award. I was advised by experts that I should pay stamp duty at the standard rate.
I set out to pay the correct amount of tax. I took reasonable care and acted in good faith, based on the expert advice I received, and HMRC has accepted this.
I have always sought to act with integrity, and I believe politicians should be held to high standards - that is why I resigned from government and cooperated fully with HMRC.
I wanted to ensure that I paid every penny that I owed, and have done so. I am relieved that my family can now move on - and that I can get on with my job.

@Keir_Starmer You seem incapable of making a good decision.

@Keir_Starmer You are absolutely deluded. How are you not getting the message?

These are tough results for Labour. There’s no sugarcoating it. We’ve lost brilliant Labour representatives who’ve stood up for their communities.
People are still frustrated. Their lives aren’t changing fast enough. We haven’t offered enough hope or optimism for the future.
I was elected to change this country - tough days like this don’t weaken my determination to do that. They strengthen it.
