WATCH: a 19 year-old male has been arrested and charged with shooting two people at a Kensington, Maryland Safeway garage during an illegal car rally earlier this month 🔫 On April 4th at around 2:30am, Montgomery County Police responded to the Safeway parking garage on Armory Ave in Kensington for a shooting. Moments later, two victims arrived at nearby hospitals having been shot. It was later determined they had come from the location of the illegal car rally. Hermes Matewere is charged with two counts of first-and-second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and multiple firearms violations. (to including possession of a firearm by a minor) He is being held without bond.
