Hey @Wise @WiseBusiness_ I received an email saying you are closing my acocunt because you pretend I have multiple accounts under the same name, which is not true. I have a company that has the same name as mine, which is different than my own name - have you never heard about it? You say one could appeal but there is no way to find a link on your website; all you show is "help" on how to appeal, which then circles back to the FAQ on how to appeal. How could I manage this situation, since you have wrongly interepreted it? Such a shame what you have become
