Iran just closed the strait. The same strait that was open before we started bombing them… is now closed. After we agreed to stop bombing them. If they opened the strait. Which they’ve once again closed. Art of the deal!!

President Trump's latest threats on Truth Social, if carried out, would violate the law of armed conflict as laid out in the Geneva Conventions and the DoD Law of War Manual. It is both irresponsible and wrong to indiscriminately kill civilians in Iran and destroy civilian infrastructure like bridges and power plants — particularly when the President said this war was to aid the Iranian people. On top of that, it’s our service members who are put in legal and mortal danger. And when the smoke clears, it will be our service members -- not President Trump or Secretary Hegseth -- who could have to live with the consequences. President Trump has walked us into another complicated war in the Middle East. His decisions are making us less safe abroad, raising prices and costing American blood and treasure. He must negotiate a way to end this war, open the Strait of Hormuz, and bring our warriors home.

@SenatorSlotkin He can't negotiate anything. The entire world is sick of the pedophile bully and the drunk warmongers, 25th amendment now and every member of the Epstein Admin needs to go to prison. Nothing else is acceptable.

llen Iverson: The Greatest Point Guard Ever—If You Value What Really Matters There are two ways to define greatness in basketball. One is safe, comfortable, and built on championships, efficiency metrics, and textbook roles. The other asks a harder question: who imposed their will on the game more than anyone else, regardless of circumstance? If you choose the second definition, then Allen Iverson belongs at the top of the list of all-time point guards. Iverson did something that many of the “greatest” never had to do—he carried everything. Night after night, he was the offense. There was no second superstar to relieve pressure, no system designed to generate easy looks, no luxury of sharing the spotlight. Defenses knew exactly what was coming, and it didn’t matter. He still produced, still attacked, still found a way to bend the game to his will. His 2001 season remains one of the clearest examples of individual dominance in modern basketball. Leading a defensively oriented team with limited scoring options, Iverson dragged the Philadelphia 76ers to the NBA Finals and took a game off a historically dominant Lakers team. That wasn’t just a great run—it was a demonstration of what one player could do when everything depended on him. Critics will point to efficiency, to shot selection, to the absence of a championship. But those critiques often ignore context. Iverson played in one of the most physical defensive eras in league history, when hand-checking was legal and space was scarce. He was undersized, relentlessly attacked the paint, and absorbed punishment that would wear down most players. Efficiency suffers when you are the entire offensive engine. And then there’s the position itself. Traditionally, point guards were expected to facilitate first and score second. Iverson shattered that mold. He forced defenses to collapse, to react, to adjust constantly. Even without traditional assist numbers, he created offense simply by demanding attention. Today’s scoring point guards exist, in part, because Iverson proved it could be done. Beyond the numbers, beyond the wins and losses, there is impact. Iverson changed the culture of the league. He brought authenticity, individuality, and a new voice to the NBA. He made it clear that greatness didn’t have to fit a predefined image. So if greatness is about fitting the mold, others may rank higher. But if greatness is about breaking it—about carrying more, enduring more, and still dominating—then Allen Iverson has a case that deserves to be taken seriously. Not the safest choice. But maybe the most honest one.

@flea333 He may well be, but he ruined the game to a certain extent because he couldn't be guarded by those smaller. Which was everyone. He also had HOF teammates. I vote for Iverson.
