@Mainasarahamza @realZacZook @AOC 😂🤡why are you you jungle bunnies from Nigeria commenting? You got nothing going on in your shithole country!

@realZacZook @AOC U r still doubting whether he kill over 250 school girls?

This statement changes nothing.
The President has threatened a genocide against the Iranian people, and is continuing to leverage that threat.
He has launched a massive war of enormous risk and of catastrophic consequence without reason, rationale, nor Congressional authorization - which is as clear a violation of the Constitution as any. Each day this goes on, the risk and criminality of these actions escalate for our nation and the world.
Moreover, this administration’s self enrichment, insider trading, and pure corruption off this chaos - from crypto currencies to predictive trading markets to bribe “settlements” - has placed the Trump administration’s pursuit of personal wealth squarely against the wellbeing of our nation and its people.
All of these incidents, and plenty more, have clearly driven our country past the threshold for impeachment or invocation of the 25th amendment.
We cannot risk the world nor the wellbeing of our nation any longer. None of these considerations should be partisan, but shared in good faith by Americans of all backgrounds who care for the safety and stability of the United States.
Whether by his Cabinet or Congress, the President must be removed from office. We are playing with the brink.

@sh_staci @SenatorSlotkin The 25th Amendment needs to be invoked before the fucking guy nukes somebody. #25th47

President Trump's latest threats on Truth Social, if carried out, would violate the law of armed conflict as laid out in the Geneva Conventions and the DoD Law of War Manual. It is both irresponsible and wrong to indiscriminately kill civilians in Iran and destroy civilian infrastructure like bridges and power plants — particularly when the President said this war was to aid the Iranian people.
On top of that, it’s our service members who are put in legal and mortal danger. And when the smoke clears, it will be our service members -- not President Trump or Secretary Hegseth -- who could have to live with the consequences.
President Trump has walked us into another complicated war in the Middle East. His decisions are making us less safe abroad, raising prices and costing American blood and treasure. He must negotiate a way to end this war, open the Strait of Hormuz, and bring our warriors home.
English

@SenatorSlotkin He can't negotiate anything. The entire world is sick of the pedophile bully and the drunk warmongers, 25th amendment now and every member of the Epstein Admin needs to go to prison. Nothing else is acceptable.
English

You can deflect all you want Randy, but your president is threatening war crimes against a country of 90 million people on Easter Sunday. He’s clearly deranged and unfit. Thousands have already been killed and these catastrophic actions that he’s calling for would lead to mass casualties across the region and a failed state.
Given you’ve built your career on racism and incitement of violence against Muslims, it’s no surprise you’re happy to look the other way.
And there’s nothing “America First” about spending billions per day on an illegal war when Americans can’t afford healthcare or housing.
English

@DataRepublican @TXRealtorDallas @DailyMail There wouldn't have been an American soldier that needed rescue if Trump hadn't started this war. It's all HIS fault
English

@Chase36077 @WhiteHouse Thx for proving my point.
It also explains a lot why you people voted for Trump.
Good luck and hopefully they will impeach the lunatic before he destroys your country.

My fellow Americans, over the past several hours, the United States Military pulled off one of the most daring Search and Rescue Operations in U.S. History, for one of our incredible Crew Office Members, who also happens to be a highly respected Colonel, and who I am thrilled to let you know is SAFE and SOUND!” - President Donald J. For 2% of this we could’ve extended the ACA tax credits for a year and lowered health care costs for millions.

Justice Kavanaugh delivered one of the sharper exchanges in the birthright citizenship arguments, pressing Solicitor General Sauer on why the 14th Amendment used different language than the Civil Rights Act of 1866 if they were meant to say the same thing.
Sauer answered directly: The Court has long held they mean the same thing. The framers preferred the positive formulation "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" to clear up ambiguity with "Indians not taxed" while keeping the core requirement of full allegiance intact. Congressional records show they explicitly understood they were doing the same thing.
Kavanaugh also noted Congress repeated that exact language in the 1940 and 1952 Immigration Acts.
Sauer explained this was Congress codifying the constitutional baseline, not adopting a broader view. The structure of the statute treats subsection (a) as the constitutional floor and adds statutory citizenship categories beyond it.
Justice Barrett then zoomed out on jus soli versus jus sanguinis, questioning how the Amendment blends elements of both. Sauer described it as a modified jus soli that still demands a relationship of allegiance to the sovereign, consistent with even English common law sources like Calvin's Case.
This entire line of questioning reinforces what conservatives have argued for years: the 14th Amendment was never meant to be an open-ended grant of citizenship to anyone born on U.S. soil regardless of parental allegiance or lawful status.
Modern interpretations have stretched it far beyond the framers' design.
