People are willing to sacrifice their privacy bc they bought into the lie that cops exist to protect them. They do not. Cops serve & protect the state, and any protection people receive is meant to keep them pacified enough that they don’t question the system.

Drove around rural Michigan for the first time in a while and the backlash to data centers is even more widespread than I realized. Some areas almost every house has an anti-data center sign in the yard.
