@AlexandraStorer @HeathrowAirport Had a similar experience flying to the IOM a month or so ago. Fobbed off by the airline and ground staff and finally offered £75 after weeks of online (non) communication. I’ve been told to report it to the police.
So sorry it happened to you as well.

Shame on @HeathrowAirport. My parents’ suitcase arrived in Edinburgh wrecked - wheel gone, locks cut off, valuables stolen. Including the diamond necklace I was meant to wear on my wedding day. Absolutely disgraceful 💔

@ru5tycars @goodwoodrevival Car parks muddy but got our Taycan out fine. My shoes went in the bin! I recommend wellies or something waterproof. Still fun despite the weather.

@goodwoodrevival how muddy are the car parks. Any issues getting or out today. How is it underfoot for ladies wearing heals?

@SaraRuston1 @SoVeryBritish I used to say, 'It is E. Leclerc' every time we passed the supermarket of that name in France 😁

@pinuppantrygf We had the most wonderful meal with you guys, and my coeliac daughter was delighted that she could enjoy everything on the menu. Thank you. Please look after yourselves, you should be so proud of what you have achieved . Hope to see you both back in the kitchen soon xx

We have a new Uncanny episode out this morning! Case 9 is a strange tale of an encounter on a summer holiday with something inhuman…

@bertsbooks Night of the Red Horse by Patricia Leitch. sort of spooky with pagan vibes - and a fabulous Arab horse called Shantih. Loved it (unfortunately never got a horse of my own, despite lots of begging)

@RevRichardColes I fry off some fennel seeds in mine, totally inauthentic and probably a crime against cooking, but I like it!

@Andr6wMale Waking the Witch by Kate Bush. Hauntingly beautiful and definitely very creepy.

@anicegreenleaf @Andr6wMale A small price to pay to be in the presence of the lovely Dave Grohl I feel.

@BiteYourBrum Dancing Queen. As soon as those first notes hit I want to throw myself out of a window. Also anything by Cliff Richard, as he gives me the willies……

@fesshole I now always replace the word "and" from "Ant and Dec" with "or".
Thanks to the film Love Actually when Bill Night used the phrase speaking about the duo. Still cracks me up...

@KeanePatti “Eyes met across a rabbit abscess” - you don’t read that line in many romantic novels. Ps gorgeous bunny 😍

@Philippa_Perry Second day of new job I needed to take pet rabbit to the vet, so smuggled him into staff room of restaurant where I worked and hid him under a coat. During break found my new boss cuddling rabbit. Eyes met across a rabbit abscess and rest was history.
