There's hundreds of chemical companies you've never heard of that are valued over a billion and have no real competitors because the barrier to entry is so high
This barrier also makes it an incredibly lucrative space to start a company

The #CAGov debate polling threshold was fair and neutral. There just weren't any Latino candidates who polled high enough to qualify.
Take that up with the voters if you're upset. Canceling the debate because voters didn't support a diverse enough field in polls is ridiculous.
