Should schools in America run sports programs, or should local communities take them over like in parts of Europe? This wouldn’t eliminate sports, just shift them to club systems and free up school resources for academics. Would this be better for students?

@Symply_rhoda1 Teaching kids to “hit back” creates more violence, not less. Teach control, not reaction.

Parents, please stop sending your kids to school with the mindset of “if someone hits you, hit them back.” You are part of the problem.

If Harvard admitted students strictly by SAT score, filling slots in descending order starting at 1600, what would be the lowest SAT score admitted to the school? And what would be the resulting demographics of the student body?

Is there anything worse than a crying baby on a plane? I wish parents would control their children. It’s so disruptive. I refuse to believe a baby cries for 10 hours. At some point this is just bad parenting, right?

You wouldn’t ask a doctor to fly your airplane. You wouldn’t ask a mechanic to perform your colonoscopy. Education and training matters. So why are we letting someone who woke up one day, printed “nutritionist” on a business card, added “holistic healer” to their bio, and now sells 20 supplements to “cure adrenal fatigue” tell people how their endocrine system works?? Make it make sense 🤦🏽‍♀️

More protein doesn’t cancel out a low diet quality. Unfortunately, the “protein maxxing” trend has convinced a lot of people that it’s fine to eat ultra-processed foods as long as they’re “high protein.” But protein bars, shakes, and snacks with a long ingredient list are still processed food. If you’re going to prioritize protein, get it from whole foods first—meat, fish, eggs, dairy, and legumes—and don’t let a label of high protein become a health halo that crowds out fiber-rich plant foods and nutrient-dense animal foods.

My left arm is smaller than my right, and doesn’t “look as good”. But when doing single arm curls, extensions, and lateral raises, especially curls, left arm is a lot stronger.

Rap is dying because it’s always been a YOUNG person’s game. But the old men won’t move out the way for the new ones. They’re 40+ still trying to be the face of the culture. Let the YOUTH lead. That’s how rap stayed fresh for decades.

I've been to every state in the U.S. Virginia is BY FAR the most underrated state to live in 1) Every sportsbook is legal 2) Tons of good jobs/career opportunities 3) Elite public schools (parents) 4) People aren't douchebags (like New York) 5) Affordable MOVE
